Abstract:It is the focus of current industry widespread dispute that whether to set a flue gas gas heater (GGH) in wet flue gas desulfurization system (FGD), which has a greater influence on the desulfurization project investment and economic operation in coal-fired power plants. This paper is based on the limestone-gypsum method of desulphurization project in 2010, the annual production operation facts of (2×660 MW) ultra-supercritical units in Xinchang power plant, analyse advantages and disadvantages of Xinchang power plant wet flue gas desulfurization system with no stalling a flue gas gas heater from the economic and technical perspectives to argue its feasibility and superiority.

摘要: 湿法烟气脱硫系统(FGD)是否设置烟气-烟气换热器(GGH)是目前业界广泛争议的焦点,其对火电厂脱硫工程的投资和经济运行有较大影响。本文依据新昌电厂(2×660MW)超超临界机组石灰石-石膏法脱硫项目2010年全年生产运行事实,从经济、技术角度对新昌电厂湿法烟气脱硫系统不安装烟气换热器优缺点进行分析,以论证其可行性和优越性。
