摘要：对我厂#9 机组电袋复合除尘器在投用后5 个月内发生滤袋破损这一问题进行了研究，
并对滤袋破损原因进行调查，目的是找出主要原因，采取针对性改进措施，延长滤袋使用
寿命，减少维护费用。通过对破损的滤袋的分析，找出原有材料的特性及弱点、烟气系统
漏风等因素对滤袋的影响，并采取了升级滤袋材质、更换锅炉漏风严重的管式空预器管组、
消除烟道漏点等措施，投运后一年对滤袋进行了检测，各项指标均未超标，有效延长滤袋
寿命，保证了#9 机组烟尘的达标排放。
Abstract: on the #9units of electric bag composite dust remover in a vote within

investigation into the cause of the damage, the purpose is to find out the main

reduce maintenance costs. The breakage of the filter bag analysis, find out the
original material characteristics and weaknesses, flue gas leakage and other
factors on the impact of filter bag, and took the bag materials, upgrade replacement
boiler air leakage serious tube type air preheater tubes, to eliminate leakage
measures such as flue, one year after the operation on the detection is carried
out, each index all did not exceed the standard, effectively extending the service
life of the filter bag, ensure the #9units smoke discharge.
