fluctuations characteristics, treatment measures and analysisprocess. Pointed out that oil carbonization and steam turbine
rotor rubbing oil after document is mainly responsible for theabnormal of shaft system vibration. On oil carbonized grease

摘要：介绍了华电邹县发电有限公司#8 机组汽轮机轴系振动间歇式波动的故障特征、处理措施及其分析过程,指出了油垢碳化后的油挡与汽轮机转子碰磨是造成该机组轴系振动异常的主要原因,对油挡碳化油垢清除后轴系振动正常。给出该类型机组振动问题处理方法。

1 机组概述
华电邹县发电公司#8 机组汽轮机为超超临界、一次中间再热、单轴四缸四排汽、凝汽式，设计额定功率为1000MW，最大连续出力1044.1 MW。汽机中、低压缸均为双流反向布置。通流级数45级：高压缸为一个双列调节级，8 个压力级；中压缸为2×6 个压力级；低压缸为2×2×6 个压力级
