                </span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">离子交换器广泛应用于电厂水处理的生产过程,它的种类很多,但基本原理相同。离子交换器是树脂进行化学反应的场所,由于影响化学反应过程的因素较多,当设备出现出力降低、出水水质恶化以及运行经济指标下降等问题时,有时很难准确判断出故障原因之所在。因多数电厂备用离子交换器的数量并不多,当设备在用水高峰期出现故障时,如能对其及时诊断,无疑可大大减少故障排除时间,为电厂安全生产提供保障。笔者根据阳阴离子交换的等摩尔原理,通过生产中的摸索和总结,得到了一些离子交换器故障诊断的粗浅体会,借此以飧读者。笔者以为,水处理离子交换设备的故障诊断,当从以下几个方面入手:</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;"><br/><br/></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">一、操作及分析试验方法的原因排除</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;"><br/><br/></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">当供水紧张而备用设备较少时,运行人员因设备发生故障易产生紧张急躁的情绪。急躁情绪无助于问题的判断和解决,我厂曾发生过一件事例:即多台运行阳离子交换器在一段时间内周期制水量大幅度下降,出水水质时好时坏,检修人员打开设备检查后,未能发现其内部装置存在缺陷,化验人员通过生水和树脂的分析,确定了水质和树脂性能的情况变化不大,因原因不明,故障判定的条件不充分,阳离子交换器的故障不能及时排除,生产一度陷入被动的局面。后来技术人员发现,运行分析人员在取样过程中,常将手指伸入瓶口,究其原因,原来这段时间水处理运行设备的数量较多,运行人员在取样过程中一次拿不了这么多取样瓶,故投机取巧,将手指伸进瓶口,结果造成了人体汗液中钠离子对样水产生污染。由此可见,当发现离子交换器运行异常时,应首先检查水质取样和测定方法的结果是否准确,若分析结果准确可靠,还应检查设备在运行、再生操作中有无异常情况发生,以确定设备发生故障时的情况是偶然事件还是稳定现象。偶然事件产生的失误往往使问题时隐时现,缺乏规律性,有时需要细心的观察才能找出原因。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">出水质量是衡量化学除盐设备运行工况的主要指标。出水质量恶化是指设备运行过程中,除盐水的电导率和二氧化硅含量指标明显高于调试结果,此时不论其水质是否合格,都可认为设备发生了水质恶化现象。当除盐水的电导率或二氧化硅含量明显偏高时,为了诊断故障须进行除盐水</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">除盐系统设备故障诊断应用较多的是排除法,图一是除盐设备出水水质恶化故障诊断图,在故障诊断过程中,我们可以先检查系统出水的电导率是否合格,然后再根据系统出水二氧化硅和</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">值的合格情况进行进一步的排查分析,看看设备是否需要作重复性再生试验。用排除法进行故障诊断可以缩短离子交换器设备故障的排除时间,缩小故障排除的工作范围,在诊断过程中一般先检查阴离子交换器出水的水质,在确定阳阴离子交换器无故障后再检查混合离子交换器有无异常。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">四、设备出力降低情况的故障诊断</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;"><br/><br/></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Verdana; mso-hansi-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">除盐设备出力降低可分别表现为设备周期交换离子量的降低和单位时间内设备制水量的降低。周期制水量的增减与生水中离子的总量有关,若使用生水水质多变的地表水或多水源生水,应随时注意生水水质的变化对设备周期制水量产生的影响,使用地表水的电厂需每季度进行生水全分析一次;若生水系统有多个水源,在有条件的情况下,每月应定期安排生水水质的测定,为离子交换设备故障的诊断提供依据。单位时间周期制水量的降低一般情况下是由于离子交换设备水流阻力过大而引起,应检查交换器内部的进出水布水装置和树脂有无发生偏斜或污堵现象,故在排查过程中需当机立断,打开人孔门进行设备的消缺和检修。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">一般情况下,当除盐设备发生故障时,会首先表现为离子交换器周期制水量逐渐降低,然后才发生出水水质的恶化。串联式除盐系统可根据设备失效时阴床出水或除盐水的指标确定交换容量低的交换器。当设备失效时,若系统出水二氧化硅含量增加、电导率变化不大,则可判断为阴床失效或混床中阴离子交换树脂失效;若系统出水电导率增加、二氧化硅含量变化不大,则可判断为阳床或混床中阳离子交换树脂失效。并联式除盐系统应根据每台设备的周期制水量与生水水质离子含量计算设备的周期交换量,发现周期交换量明显偏低者,可认为该设备发生了故障。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">一般而言,造成离子交换器再生剂比耗较高的主要原因有:树脂使用年数较长或受污染中毒导致树脂全交换容量和工作交换容量降低;再生剂品质较差,杂质离子含量偏高;离子交换器再生过程中反洗流量过大或布水滤网发生泄漏跑树脂,造成床体中树脂量过少;交换器内再生液分配装置损坏造成再生液偏流;交换器内衬胶层部分脱落,使设备在再生和运行过程中配水偏流;运行人员操作不当或再生系统有缺陷未及时发现;生水水质在一段时间内发生了明显变化等等。当设备出现运行经济指标降低故障时,可根据上述项目对照原始资料情况进行一一排查,在排查过程中可按先易后难或者可能性较大者的顺序进行检查。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt;
