超(超)临界新建机组的化学清洗

<p align="left"><font face="Verdana">&nbsp;<br/>摘&nbsp;&nbsp; 要:&nbsp; 本文结合工程实际对新建超(超)临界机组的化学清洗进行了阐述,明确了清洗范围、清洗工艺要求。通过对超临界和超超临界机组使用钢材和热力系统的对比,说明了超超临界机组的化学清洗原则。通过对过热器、再热器系统通流特性的分析,以及新建机组管道内部状况的分析,指出过热器和再热器不需要在启动前进行化学清洗,而应通过制定相关标准,确保过热器和再热气系统的内表面良好状态。 <br/>关键词:超(超)临界机组&nbsp;&nbsp; 热力系统&nbsp;&nbsp; 化学清洗&nbsp;&nbsp; 系统净化 </font></p><font face="Verdana">
<p align="left"><br/>Abstract: This paper illustrates the boiler chemical cleaning of ultra-supercritical/supercritical unit newly built based on practice of project. The scope and requirements on chemical cleaning are clarified. The chemical cleaning principle of ultra-supercritical unit is illustrated by means of comparing the steels and thermodynamic system of supercritical unit with ultra-supercritical unit. Through analyzing the passage feature of superheater and reheater system, it is concluded that the superheater and reheater need not go through&nbsp; chemical cleaning before startup. The inner surface of superheater and reheater system should be kept in good conditions as per related standards stipulated properly. <br/>Key words: ultra-supercritical, thermodynamic system, chemical cleaning,&nbsp; 系统净化 </p>
