<p align="left"><font face="Verdana"> <br/>摘 要: 本文结合工程实际对新建超(超)临界机组的化学清洗进行了阐述,明确了清洗范围、清洗工艺要求。通过对超临界和超超临界机组使用钢材和热力系统的对比,说明了超超临界机组的化学清洗原则。通过对过热器、再热器系统通流特性的分析,以及新建机组管道内部状况的分析,指出过热器和再热器不需要在启动前进行化学清洗,而应通过制定相关标准,确保过热器和再热气系统的内表面良好状态。 <br/>关键词:超(超)临界机组 热力系统 化学清洗 系统净化 </font></p><font face="Verdana">
<p align="left"><br/>Abstract: This paper illustrates the boiler chemical cleaning of ultra-supercritical/supercritical unit newly built based on practice of project. The scope and requirements on chemical cleaning are clarified. The chemical cleaning principle of ultra-supercritical unit is illustrated by means of comparing the steels and thermodynamic system of supercritical unit with ultra-supercritical unit. Through analyzing the passage feature of superheater and reheater system, it is concluded that the superheater and reheater need not go through chemical cleaning before startup. The inner surface of superheater and reheater system should be kept in good conditions as per related standards stipulated properly. <br/>Key words: ultra-supercritical, thermodynamic system, chemical cleaning, 系统净化 </p>
