<p><font face="Verdana">Abstract: Zouxian power plant phase IV project 2×1000MW ultra-super critical units is the first batch of 1000MW level construction projects. This article briefly analyses the boiler characteristic of this project, makes the construction supervision, technical management and weld quality control steps that makes sure the boiler commissioning and running safety.
