<p><br/>摘 要：本文主要介绍了以城市二级排放污水和电厂污水、废水为水源，混合经过深度处理后的中水作为循环水补充水，系统运行时可达到稳定的最大浓缩倍率,水质对系统中金属材料的腐蚀情况为循环水系统的安全稳定运行提供了依据。 <br/>关键词：中水 浓缩倍率 金属 腐蚀 <br/>Abstract: The second grade municipal effluent, the power plant sewage and the wastewater as the water source, which be mixed and depth processed by lime, the reclaimed water can achieve the request of the circulating water, the stable maximum concentrated rate can be achieve during system operation. And the situation that water quality corrodes the metal material of system has been introduced. <br/>Keywords: reclaimed water, concentrated rate, metal, corrosion <br/>1 概述 <br/>华电国际邹县发电厂 2×1000MW 机组中水深度处理以城市二级排放污水、电厂污水、废水为水源，经深度处理后作为循环水系统补充水。 <br/>依据邹城市污水处理厂二级污水经过深度处理后的预测水质， 电厂确定凝汽器管材选用 TP317L不锈钢管。 <br/>由于中水深度处理后回用的不确定因素很多，在循环冷却水系统中，除了要考虑常规生产所引起结垢、腐蚀和杀菌，还要关注凝汽器、辅机材料的材质问题。因此，进行了中水深度处理后循环水系统的腐蚀试验。现将循环水动态模拟试验的情况总结如下： </font></p>
