<p><br/>&nbsp;摘 要:邹县电厂1000MW汽轮发电机组在第一次检查性大修中发现低压通流发生严重的汽水腐蚀现象,通过对低压通流制造材质和工况的分析,对比我厂现有制造材质等级相同亚临界机组日立-东方联合设计制造的 600MW 汽轮机低压通流的工况,查找在亚临界机组未出现的故障出现在超超临界机组低压通流的原因,并针对故障原因提出了提高给水品质、严格机组启动前的给水系统清扫标准,从故障源头上排除造成故障的诱因,并对该型机组新汽轮机低压通流的设计制造提出了采用更高等级抗腐蚀材料的建议,确保了机组安全,为同类型机组的设计制造和安全生产,提供了宝贵经验。 <br/>关键词:1000MW超超临界机组;低压通流;腐蚀;措施 <br/>Abstract: The serious corrosive was found on LP foreside stages during the first inspection overhaul of 10000MW turbine in Zouxian power plant. The LP flow path working conditions of USC and sub-critical turbine was compared and analysis was made on the materials and working condition to find the reason why the same deficiency was not found in sub-critical turbines that use similar manufacture material. And series measures, such as feed-water quality promotion and enough system flushing before unit start, were taken to prevent the deficiency happen again. Suggestions were given that the better corrosive-resisted material should be used during the LP flow path of this type USC turbine design and manufacture.
