 摘要：烟气海水法脱硫作为一项成熟可靠的技术，在国际上已经有近 40年的成功应用经验，近年来国内投运的海水法项目也越来越多。尽管海水脱硫体现出系统稳定可靠，运行电耗低，无吸收剂消耗和副产物处理等显著优点，但是脱硫后排放的海水水质，特别是重金属，究竟会对海洋环境造成怎样的影响，还存在很多误解，本文从理论计算和国内外已投运工程的实际运行监测两方面，对海水脱硫排水水质进行了分析，结果表明在采用成熟工艺的前提下，海水脱硫的排水水质包括重金属等指标，全部可以达到我国海水三类标准，绝大部分指标满足海水一类标准，而且通过对国内外已经投运项目的长期监测，也未发现对周围海域的生态环境造成不利影响。 关键词：海水脱硫；排水水质；重金属；海洋环境 Abstract: Seawater FGD (flue gas desulphurization) technology has been applied successfully since 1970s. In recent years, more and more Seawater FGD projects have been putting into commercial operation in China. Although Seawater FGD has many advantages, such as high reliability and stability, saving power consumption, without any extra absorbent and bad byproducts, many people still worry that it could bring some bad influence to the adjacent sea environment, especially the heavy metals. Don’t need to worry about any thing again, after studying the process carefully. No matter the principles or the experience of operating projects in domestic and overseas, as long as select the qualified contractor and adopt successful process, most components of the treated discharged water can meet the first grade of Sea Water Quality China National Standard, the whole indicators can meet third grade standard, meanwhile also don’t find any bad influence to the sea environment after long time operating of many Seawater FGD projects.
