mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体;">工作人员进入机内对发电机汽端(定冷水出水端)对不锈钢汇水环引水管各接头、线圈端部绝缘盒及各水电接头进行认真仔细的检查;各部元件、绝缘盒接头连接处完好,未见水迹等异常现象。检查发电机励端(定冷水进水端)时发现端罩内下部有积水<span lang="EN-US">3</span>-<span lang="EN-US">4kg</span>,对不锈钢汇水环引水管各接头、线圈端部绝缘盒及各水电接头、端部分支连线、对外引出线冷却水管、引出线柱进出冷却水水管接头、引出线汇水法兰等部位进行检查,未见明显漏水点,开启发电机冷却水系统循环,并将水压提高至<span lang="EN-US">0.25MPa</span>时(发电机额定运行水压:<span lang="EN-US">0.2MPa</span>)发现励端端部绝缘引水管(端面整体布局时钟<span lang="EN-US">8</span>点处)线圈连线端<span lang="EN-US">200</span>㎜处有水滴出,检查发现有一形状为<span lang="EN-US">Q</span>型圈带针状的#<span lang="EN-US">22</span>-<span lang="EN-US">220</span>㎜铁丝,铁丝一端环绕在端部分支引线上,针状一端搭接在端部绝缘引水管上,搭接处有一直径为<span lang="EN-US">1</span>㎜的孔洞,水从孔内滴出。从整个检查的情况看,可以确定发电机漏氢的直接原因是励端端部绝缘引水管破损造成。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" align="left" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
