FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;">在<span lang="EN-US">20世纪80年代对重庆、北京、山东、江苏、陕西、甘肃、青海、上海及安徽等9个省市地区30多座电厂的50余座烟囱进行过实地调查。90年代期间,电力系统的有关单位又对各个不同地区的火力发电厂烟囱进行了腐蚀与裂缝的普查,得出的调查结论基本趋同,即:单筒式烟囱的结构构造不合理(结构用途的混凝土筒壁与排烟用途的内衬砖砌体贴合在一起,未分开),材料标准偏低和不耐酸腐蚀。其次是混凝土筒壁(特别是分段伸出的悬挑牛腿处,砖套筒式烟囱也存在此问题)在烟气温度的长期作用下热应力影响增大,内衬砖砌体在运行中温度变化产生热胀冷缩后出现开裂(裂缝可能很小),烟气渗透到裂缝中冷凝形成酸液腐蚀,导致烟囱裂缝与腐蚀相互影响、恶性循环。<a name="_Toc109648793"><p></p></a></span></span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: inter-ideograph;
