<p>3 经济性分析 <br/>3.1 投资分析(一台炉) <br/>现阶段进口脱硝装置的初投资费在150~250元/kW左右(催化剂进口),若按190元/kW计,则每台炉脱硝装置总投资费用约为1.9亿元,此部分费用包括脱硝外部系统造价,不包括安装费用及引风机等的附加费用。催化剂的费用约占总投资的30%~40%。整个脱硝装置增加的锅炉钢架重量约2000t,反应器的重量在1100t左右。 <br/>由于安装脱硝装置,烟气侧阻力增加约600~1300Pa,若按800Pa计,使得引风机的压头和电功率增加近22%,约增加投资270万元。 <br/>另外,由于目前没有脱硝装置压缩空气的详细用量,不知是否需要改造空压机系统和厂化学站系统。 <br/>根据脱硝装置和钢结构增加的重量,估计设备基础增加的费用约为250万元。计算结果和经济比较见下表: </p><p>

<p>4&nbsp;结论 <br/>根据上述分析,每台炉烟气脱硝的一次性投资约为2亿元(按进口脱硝装置投资费190元/kW计算),年运行费用约为2577.2万元(催化剂寿命按10年计算),而年NOx排放收费仅415.8万元。此外,锅炉通过采用低氮燃烧技术后,要求锅炉投标厂保证NOx的排放量在350mg/Nm3以下,已满足大气污染物排放标准GB13223-2003规定的≤400mg/Nm3的要求,故邹县四期工程最终采用了预留方案一: <br/>1)锅炉钢架深度为74.8m。空预器处桩位、基础和钢架的设计考虑了将来安装反应器和催化剂的荷载; <br/>2)厂区内预留氨制备、存储场地; <br/>3)引风机采用静叶可调轴流式,未考虑脱硝装置阻力; <br/>4)锅炉在低负荷时烟温仍可达到300多度,因此未设省煤器旁路; <br/>5)空预器仍采用三段式结构,协议要求厂商设计时考虑装设脱硝装置后更换低温段传热元件(搪瓷)时不影响空预器的整体布置、整体结构和性能。 </p><p></p><p></p><p>作者简介: <br/>洪郁华(1974-),女,上海市人,本科,高级工程师,主要从事大型火力发电厂的热机专业设计工作。<br/>联系电话:029-88358266&nbsp;传真:029-88358232&nbsp;E-mail:<a href="mailto:hongyh@NWEPDI.com">hongyh@NWEPDI.com</a></p><p></p>
